Shipping

We ship items internationally. All orders are shipped using French post service La Poste. This is a registered post service whereby you can easily track your order. The shipping cost excludes any additional sales taxes, import duties or any other charges that may be applied by destination customs. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Any delivery date or time specified by us is only an estimate. Petite Marie Jewelry will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you. We are unable to redirect orders once the item(s) have been dispatched. Your signature might be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on a weekend day / public holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. 

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange the item(s) purchased in our online shop.

Returns can be done within 7 working days (including the delivery day) after receipt of the purchased item(s) to the delivery address specified by the customer. Returns after this period will not be accepted. We will refund the full value of the purchased item(s), excluding shipping costs and return shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your written notice of item(s) return to the original payment method used. Petite Marie Jewelry E-Boutique will refund the full value of purchased item(s), including shipping costs and reasonable documented return shipping costs for the item(s) that have been deemed faulty, this excludes the items that have been damaged by you. Returns are only accepted if item(s) are in resaleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact, not worn or damaged, with the original invoice included as a proof of purchase. Please note that returns will be subject to shipping charges. To return the item(s) you must notify us of your intention to return the purchased item(s) by writing to info@petitemariejewelry.com and hand over the item(s) to the shipping or postage company within 7 working days (including the delivery day) after receipt of the purchased item(s) to the delivery address specified by the customer, with traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Petite Marie Jewelry takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

Sale items and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges can be done within 7 working days (including the delivery day) after receipt of the purchased item(s) to the delivery address specified by the customer. Exchanges after this period will not be accepted. Exchanges can only be done for a different size or colour in the same style (subject to availability) or for another item of equal or greater value. Exchanges are only accepted if the item(s) are in resaleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact, not worn or damaged, with the original invoice included as a proof of purchase. Please note that exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Products

All items available for purchase in Petite Marie Jewelry E-Boutique are brand new, not faulty and of a quality inferior to the standards offered on the market. Some of our pieces are unique (please consult item description), and all are created from highest quality of the materials. Please note that the photographs showing our products may turn out to be slightly different from reality due to the difference in computer screen settings and the lighting when photos are taken. The photos of the products available for purchase in the Petite Marie E-Boutique are not contractual, and they do not make us liable to the customer.

Furthermore, as it concerns all handcrafted products, the items may present ‘finishing’ irregularities, difference in size / color inherent to this type of fabrication, which cannot make the items to be deemed as faulty. The responsibility of Petite Marie Jewelry cannot be called into question and the validity of the purchase cannot be affected by the above.

Product Care

All items in Petite Marie Jewelry E-Boutique are handcrafted and require delicate handling. We recommend gently wiping the items with dry soft cloth after each wear and storing them in a jewelry box. 

Prices

The prices displayed are indicated in Euro, excluding shipping charges. The price must be paid in full when purchasing the item(s). Petite Marie reserves the right to modify at any time of the sale the price that appears in the Petite Marie E-Boutique, which will only be applicable to unsold products.

Ordering from Petite Marie Jewelry E-Boutique is safe and secure. Once you click  "Check Out" you are redirected to the secure server that uses advanced encryption technology. Please consult the Privacy Policy provided on our website for more information. Your information is never used except to issue refunds and charges for orders placed on our website.
